Refund policy

By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. Please review our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

  • We offer a 3-day return policy only for damaged products.
  • Size exchanges are available within India only.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Decor items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do not offer cancellations, refunds or returns once a product has been sold.

Exchange Process (for India only)

  • To request an exchange, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Exchange requests made after 72 hours of delivery cannot be processed.
  • Once approved, customers must send the item back to our address within 7 days and share the courier receipt.
    • We do not offer reverse pickup.
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
    • Use trackable shipping to ensure the parcel reaches us.

Important Notes

  • Each customer is entitled to one exchange per order.
  • For size exchanges (less ₹200 handling fee) will be issued once your returned item is received and approved.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please share unboxing videos and clear photos immediately for verification.
  • Please note that slight colour variations (10–12%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. This will not be considered a valid reason for exchange or return.

  • Each of our products is handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring the highest possible quality. However handcrafted products inherently possess their own unique character and charm. The subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are a signature of the human hand.

  • Each product is the result of a lengthy process, deeply rooted in the rich traditions and regional specialties of India's diverse artisans.

  • While we aim for precise color and design matching, please note that minor differences in color and pattern may occur due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products.

  • We strive for consistency in our handcrafted production, though slight variations in pattern and color are inherent and permissible. We exclusively use pure fabrics like cotton, silk, and their blends.

  • For handwoven items, please note that color fastness and shrinkage cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend dry cleaning for the first few washes to help maintain the color. Always iron on the reverse side of any prints and avoid scrubbing hard on prints or embroidery.
